Terms and Conditions

The Services we Provide:

  • Plan Management Services

Our Responsibilities:

  • Help you manage your Plan Managed NDIS funding

  • Pay your NDIS bills and reimbursements

  • Chat to you about your funding

  • Provide Guidance on what you can use your NDIS funding for

  • Provide funding updates

  • Send regular statments

  • Listen to any questions or concerns your might have

  • Respect you at all times


Your Responsibilities: 

  • Provide Aver Plan Managers with a copy of my NDIS Plan

  • Share any questions or concerns you have with us

  • Be respectful to our team

  • Let us know if there are any changes to the consent of your profile

  • Let us know if there are any changes to your funding or plan


How we pay your service providers

  1. Your providers send their bills to accounts@averplanmanagers.com.au 

  2. You have the ability to set up your Aver Account to allow you to approve these bills before we pay them

  3. We review the invoice to ensure it fits within your funds and goals

  4. If the invoice fits within your Funding, Goals and NDIS Guidlines we will request the funding from the NDIS

  5. The NDIS will then release the funds to us

  6. We pay the provider


Payment for our services

  • Aver will charge a set up fee from your Improve Life Choices Budget - $232.35

  • Aver will charge a monthly management free from your Improved Life Choices Budget - $104.45

Please note, 

  • Aver Plan Managers charges in line with the NDIS Price Guide. If the NDIS price guide changes our rates will change in line with this.

  • Plan Management Funding is included in your NDIS plan and there are no out of pocket expenses of Participants that access Plan Management services


Feedback and Complaints

It is important to us you are able to share you experience with us. 

Aver will conduct regular check in calls to ask if we are providing you with a service fit for you. 

You can also contact the NDIS to share any feedback or concerns you may have with our service.

Consent

You can choose to provide other people with access to your personal and fundung information with Aver Plan Manager.

This might be a;

  • Family Member

  • Trusted Friend

  • Support Coordinator

  • Case Worker

If you would like to provide consent to another person, you can;


Please note, it is your responsibility to let us know if there are any changes to consent.


Continuation of Services

  • This is an enduring Service Agreement.

  • You do not need to complete a new service agreement at the end of each plan.

  • Aver Plan Managers will send you a copy of a Service Agreement at the beginning on each plan for you to review and keep on file.


Cancellation of Services

  • Both you and Aver Plan Manager have the right to cancel service at any time. 

  • 30 days notice must be provided to cancel service by either party. 

  • Cancellation of service can only be requested by a Main Profile Contact
